Using the website and gift cards

The key details are shown directly on each product page: available sizes, material, composition, colours, features and, where available, care instructions.

For products with different variants, please remember to select the colour or size you are interested in: some availability or pricing information may depend on this selection.

For a product available in several sizes or colours, you must first select all the required options before you can add it to your basket. Please also check that the selected variant is in stock.

If the button remains unavailable even though all options have been selected, refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists, please send us the product link and your chosen combination to contact@anna-et-moi.fr.

The availability shown on the product page reflects the stock levels known to the shop for the selected product code or variant. For products available in multiple sizes or colours, stock levels may vary from one variant to another.

If you require a large quantity for a project, an event or a business order, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the quantity available.

The Anna & Moi gift card allows you to give a gift voucher to be used in our shop. A range of amounts is available, from €25 to €250. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and the code is sent by email.

It can be used on any products in the shop, allowing the recipient to choose the material, colour or size that suits them best.

Enter the unique code you received by email when you placed your order into the field provided for promotional codes or discounts. Please check that the code has been applied to your order summary before confirming payment.

If your code is rejected or if you can no longer find the email containing the gift card, please contact us using the email address you used when making the purchase.

Anna & Moi gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend that you keep the email containing the code until it has been used in full.

Yes, that’s precisely one of its advantages. When it comes to home textiles, it’s sometimes difficult to know the right size, colour or preferred fabric. A gift voucher gives the recipient the freedom to choose, whilst still being a gift focused on the home and comfort.
