POLISSON Printed Cotton Bedding Set – Duvet Cover + 2 Pillowcases

One last look at the little hedgehogs on the bed before the lights go out… and suddenly bedtime becomes an imaginary walk through the woods. The POLISSON printed cotton bedding set for a double bed brings gentle woodland charm into the room, with leafy details, playful animals and soft, natural-looking colours. It creates a welcoming place to settle down after a busy day, without filling the bedroom with loud patterns or overpowering contrasts.

A little hedgehog world that feels calm and playful

The POLISSON print combines hedgehogs, leaves and small nature-inspired details on a light ground. In the product photographs, hedgehogs feature on the pillowcases, while soft sage-green tones bring a sense of balance to the bed. Let the design speak for itself by pairing it with a wooden bedside table, a plain rug or cushions in cream and muted green. The result can suit a child moving into a bigger bed just as easily as someone older who loves gentle woodland illustrations. It is a playful idea for a bedroom, without needing every accessory to match the pattern.

Exactly what comes with the duvet cover set

This double-bed set includes one printed duvet cover and two 63 × 63 cm pillowcases. The fabric is 100% cotton with a 57 threads/cm² weave. The duvet cover closes with buttonholes and wooden buttons, a small detail that also helps define its finish. You receive these three pieces of bed linen, but the filled duvet, pillows and fitted sheet are not included. That is worth checking if you are furnishing a bedroom from scratch. The two square pillowcases echo the illustrated style of the duvet cover, giving the upper part of the bed a coordinated appearance.

200 × 200 or 240 × 220 cm: match your duvet size

POLISSON for double beds comes in 200 × 200 cm and 240 × 220 cm, depending on availability. Before ordering, look at the size printed on your current duvet’s care label and choose a cover with the corresponding dimensions. This is more reliable than choosing solely by the width of your mattress: the duvet itself needs enough room inside its cover without bunching up in a corner. If you need bedding for a single bed instead, there is a separately sold POLISSON duvet cover set with one pillowcase. You can then choose the right number of pillowcases as well as the correct cover size.

Everyday care for the printed cotton fabric

The set is machine washable at 40°C, and the care information allows tumble drying and ironing. Mamimosa’s practical tip: turn the cover and pillowcases inside out before washing, and check that the wooden buttons cannot catch on other items in the drum. Avoid cramming a large duvet cover into an already full machine, so the fabric has room to move and rinse properly. When the bed is made again, you can carry the woodland theme a little further with the POLISSON collection. A few carefully chosen details are usually enough to create a soft, welcoming atmosphere.
