The plain cover that connects your garden furniture
A wooden bench, two different armchairs and a table you have enjoyed for years: one shared colour can bring them together. The NAÏA plain outdoor cushion cover does that simply. It gives the seating a common thread while letting the furniture’s materials and shapes remain visible.
At Anna & Moi, we like building around the pieces you already enjoy. A few well-chosen covers refresh the patio without replacing the furniture. NAÏA also provides a quiet foundation for a patterned cushion, giving prints space and making their details easier to appreciate.
Three sizes to combine without crowding the seats
The 45 x 45 cm square adds a decorative touch to an armchair. The 60 x 60 cm size creates a larger background against a bench backrest. In front of it, the 40 x 60 cm rectangle draws a horizontal line along the seat.
For a small sitting area, start with one square per chair. On a deep sofa, group a large square and a rectangle at one end and leave the other side free. The arrangement looks inviting and still has space for people. Fill each cover with an insert matching its dimensions; do not include the decorative flange when measuring.
Polypropylene, a zip and a neat finish
The 100% polypropylene fabric at 292 g/m² is water-repellent and resistant to UV and abrasion. A zipped opening lets you remove the cover for washing or switch colours. The 1 cm flat flange quietly outlines the cushion.
The insert is sold separately. Complete your cover with a MALO cushion insert in the same size. Guide the corners into the far end first, distribute the volume and close only when the fabric rests evenly. This avoids pulling the zip against a bunched-up insert and keeps the outline looking tidy.
Four shades and two ways to style them
For a natural patio, combine Sand and Water Lily with wood and plants. Sand provides a gentle foundation while Water Lily extends the garden palette. Add a coffee table in a natural material and keep the other textiles restrained.
For more contrast, try Pebble and Coral on a dark furniture frame. Pebble gives continuity and Coral becomes the warm accent. Repeat the accent on just one other seat rather than everywhere. All four colours come in the three shapes, so you can vary the rhythm of the group. If one chair sits apart from the sofa, a shared cushion shade helps it feel connected.
For a simple starting point, choose the largest cushion’s colour to work with the seat and reserve the contrasting shade for the smaller size. NAÏA’s plain surfaces make it easy to adjust how much of each colour appears, as well as the balance between shapes.
Useful questions for everyday patio life
Is the cover waterproof? It is water-repellent. Bring complete cushions somewhere dry after use and before prolonged rain.
How should I wash it? Remove the insert, wash at 30°C and air-dry. Do not iron or tumble-dry.
Can I use it in the living room? Yes, the plain design works indoors too. Mamimosa’s tip: let both cover and filling dry fully before putting them together or storing them.
