Care

We know how important it is to you to look after your favourite kitchen items. That’s why we recommend washing this tea towel at 40° on a gentle cycle to preserve its softness and absorbency. Bear in mind that it’s best not to use bleach to keep its lovely colours intact. After washing, you can safely tumble-dry it. And if you wish, a quick press with an iron set to 110° will do it a world of good. However, we do not recommend dry-cleaning this little kitchen gem.

Mamimosa’s tip

Mamimosa, our beloved grandmother, always had a handy tip up her sleeve. For this tea towel, she recommended rinsing it in cold water straight after use if a stain had set in. Then, before washing it, she’d leave it to soak in lukewarm water with a little bicarbonate of soda to remove the most stubborn stains. And there you go – as good as new! Never forget that it’s the little everyday gestures that bring the greatest joys tomorrow.
