A story begins before the book is opened

The bedtime book has been chosen, but there is still time to look at the princess and horse on the PÉGASE cushion. A crown, a long pink mane and tiny flowers on a pale background offer plenty of starting points for imagining where the characters might go. On a reading chair or in front of the bed pillows, this cushion adds a storybook detail to the room.

The 40 × 40 cm square fits into the arrangement without taking over the bed. Place it on its own to keep the illustration visible, or in front of a larger plain cushion to create two different heights.

Soft colours with a gold outline

The gold piping highlights the cushion’s outline and adds a brighter finish without overwhelming the design. Use it as a starting point for the surrounding colours: an ecru throw gives the picture breathing room, dusty pink recalls the mane, and a gentle green picks up the small leafy details.

The PÉGASE design can hold its own. Keep one or two plain textiles nearby rather than multiplying patterns. The illustration remains easy to enjoy, even in a bedroom already full of colourful books and toys.

A cover to remove when everyday life leaves a mark

The cover is 100% cotton and the filling is 100% polyester. A zip lets you separate them, making it easier to care for the cover without treating the cushion as one inseparable piece.

Mamimosa’s tip: remove the cover before washing and let it air dry before putting the filling back. Wash at 30°C with similar colours, without tumble drying. Once the cover is fully dry, work the filling into the corners and close the zip to restore the square shape.

Is the filling included?

Yes. This is a complete cushion with polyester filling, rather than a cover sold on its own.

Is this a pillowcase for sleeping?

No. PÉGASE is a decorative cushion for styling the bedroom. It does not replace a pillowcase sized for your sleeping pillow.
