The ocean floor finds a place in your bedroom

Fold back the top of the bed and a small underwater world appears: octopuses, fish, blue silhouettes and warm accents on a pale background. OCTOPIA, also known as the Octopus design, brings a quiet ocean scene into the bedroom. The print establishes the theme on its own, without needing lots of decorative objects around the bed.

In the morning, spread out the duvet and put the two matching pillowcases back in place to restore the picture. It keeps the design visible even when the day gets off to a busy start.

Choose the duvet size and check your pillows

Two double-bed sizes are offered: 240 × 220 and 260 × 240 cm. Measure your mattress and consider how much drape you like at the sides. Compare with a duvet you already use: a thicker mattress or wider bed changes how the same size will look.

Each version includes two 60 × 60 cm pillowcases. Their size stays the same whichever duvet size you choose, so check your pillows before ordering. The cotton pillowcases have an envelope closure with an inner flap.

A duvet that is already filled

The 100% cotton casing has 57 threads/cm² and contains 100% polyester filling at 350 g/m². Square quilting distributes the filling, while an edge-to-edge finish keeps the outline neat. This is a medium-warmth duvet; the right choice also depends on your bedroom temperature and personal preference.

Allow enough room for washing and drying

Wash at 30°C; tumble drying is possible. Mamimosa’s tip: before washing a large duvet, check the washing and drying capacities of your appliances. The fabric and filling need room to move without being compressed in the drum.

Wait until the whole duvet is completely dry before making the bed, then spread it out and gently redistribute its volume by hand.
