Abandoned baskets and optional email reminders

When you add an item to your basket, WooCommerce uses session data necessary for the basket to work. CartBounty Pro may record basket contents and value, a session identifier, a timestamp and, where available, contact details and your IP address. These data help us identify unfinished baskets and understand the checkout process. Additional collection of fully anonymous baskets is currently disabled.

If you expressly choose to receive an email reminder about your unfinished basket, we may use the address you provide to send messages relating to that basket. This is optional and does not affect your order. You can withdraw your agreement at any time using the unsubscribe link in these messages or by contacting contact@anna-et-moi.fr. CartBounty automated email reminders are not sent without recorded consent.

Basket operation and order preparation rely on processing necessary to handle your request. Optional commercial reminders rely on your consent. Non-essential analytics or advertising processing and associated trackers are governed by your cookie choices. Technical service providers may process basket data only as needed to support our store.

Where collection of anonymous baskets is permitted, the configured deletion period is three days. Retention of identified baskets and reminder histories depends on applicable settings and legal requirements; we aim to keep data only for as long as necessary.
