Care

These placemats are so gentle to care for that it takes next to no effort to keep them looking as good as new. A simple wash at 30°, on a gentle cycle, is all it takes to make them shine. And don’t forget, our little placemats don’t like bleach. To dry them, simply leave them out in the open air – they prefer that to the heat of the tumble dryer. A quick press with an iron set to a low temperature (110°) will be perfect for restoring their shape. Finally, dry cleaning is not recommended for our cotton placemats. Follow these tips, and they’ll be your faithful dining companions for a long time to come.

Mamimosa always says: “To avoid stubborn stains, prevention is better than cure.” So, as soon as you spill something, wipe it up straight away with a damp cloth. And if the damage is already done, gently rub the stain with a bit of Marseille soap before putting your placemats in the wash. You’ll see, they’ll be as good as new!
