The ROMIE cushion with removable cover instantly adds character to a sofa, armchair or bed thanks to its blend of double-layered cotton gauze, stripes and little ruffles. This isn’t your typical plain cushion: the front features medium-width stripes, whilst the reverse features finer stripes, allowing you to change the look slightly simply by turning the cushion over.
Double-layer cotton gauze, ruffles and a zip-fastened cover
The cover is made from 100% cotton, in a double gauze fabric weighing 125 g/m². The filling is 100% polyester. The zip fastening allows the cover to be easily removed for washing, whilst the ruffle adds a softer, decorative finish.
The contrast between the stripes on the front and back gives the cushion real visual interest, even when it’s kept within a simple colour palette. It’s a piece that works particularly well with plain linens, textured throws or natural fabrics.
Two sizes to vary the proportions
The 45 x 45 cm size is priced at €20.90 and weighs approximately 560 g. The 40 x 60 cm size, which is more elongated, is priced at €21.90 and weighs approximately 750 g.
The square cushion is ideal on an armchair or for creating a cushion stack on the bed. The rectangular cushion adds more structure when placed in front of square cushions or in the centre of a sofa. Combining them allows you to easily play with volumes without multiplying the number of patterns.
Apricot or Eucalyptus: two very different atmospheres
Apricot instantly warms up a room with its soft, luminous tone. Eucalyptus, on the other hand, brings a fresher, more botanical feel. Both work very well with beiges, ecru, light wood or natural textiles.
As the pattern is already present, there’s no need to overload the rest of the décor. A plain throw, a textured bedspread or a few accessories in similar shades are enough to create a cohesive look.
Easy day-to-day care
The cover can be washed at 40°C with similar colours, on a gentle spin cycle. It is tumble-dryable and does not require ironing.
