Our Parisian tea towel is as easy to look after as it is a pleasure to use. A simple wash at 40° is all it takes to keep it fresh and clean. Please note, it doesn’t take kindly to bleach. It’s best to air-dry it rather than tumble-dry it, as this will help it retain its bright colours for longer. And if you want to give it a bit of a lift, a quick press with an iron set to 150° will do the trick. No need for dry cleaning – your tea towel is a true everyday companion.

We’ve absolutely fallen in love with this tea towel. Made from 100 per cent cotton sourced in France, it’s a durable and absorbent ally for your washing-up. Mamimosa Tip

How about a little tip from the old days? To keep your tea towel soft, add a tablespoon of white vinegar to the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine when you wash it. Not only does it leave a fresh scent, but it also stops the cotton fibres from becoming stiff. And there you have it – as Mamimosa always used to say: “There’s nothing like a bit of vinegar to keep things soft”.
