General terms and conditions of sale

Welcome to the Anna et Moi website. These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern all orders and purchases made on our site. By ordering from our online shop, you accept these conditions without reservation.

Corporate identity

Anna et Moi is an online boutique specialising in household linen.

Products and Services

Anna et Moi offers a range of household linen products: bed linen, cushions, plaids, curtains, etc. The information, descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur, particularly due to screen resolution or supplier updates.

Prices

The prices shown are in euros (€) and include VAT. Delivery costs are added when the order is finalised and are specified in the summary. Anna et Moi reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price applied will be that in force at the time the order is placed.

Ordering

To place an order, simply add the desired products to your basket and follow the online ordering process. Before final confirmation, you will be able to check and modify your order details. The order is confirmed once payment has been made and validated.

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, via a secure system. Payment information is encrypted and is not stored by Anna et Moi. We undertake to protect your personal data in accordance with our confidentiality policy.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability. In the event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering. In the event of loss or damage during transport, please contact us for a rapid resolution.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties. To do so, please contact us by e-mail.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (unused and unwashed) in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, except in the event of an error on our part.

Feedback and discussion

If a product is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will advise you on how to proceed with a return or exchange. Anna et Moi reserves the right to refuse a return if the products are damaged or used.

Guarantee

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity or defect, you may choose between repair or replacement of the product.

Liability

Anna et Moi cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase or use of its products. Furthermore, we decline all responsibility in the event of force majeure preventing the proper execution of orders.

Protection of Personal Data

We are committed to protecting your personal data and will only use it to process your orders, manage our customer relations and, with your consent, send you newsletters. For more details, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All elements of our site (text, images, logo, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, exploitation or use without our written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Modification of the General Terms and Conditions

Anna et Moi reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order. We advise you to consult them regularly.

Applicable law and disputes

These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings. In the absence of agreement, the competent courts will be those of our company’s head office (VILLEFRANCHE – TARARE).
